Privacy notice
All personal information requested during registration is used for the organisation of the symposium and the linked activities. At the moment of registration you will also be asked whether you agree that your personal data may be used on the list of participants for public display.
During the conference, pictures might be taken. These can be published on the website or social media of YBMRS, KVCV or in other promotional material including but not limited to: posters, presentations, etc. In case you do not wish to be in these pictures, please inform the photographer.
We use Stripe for payment, analytics, and other business services. Stripe collects and processes personal data, including identifying information about the devices that connect to its services. Stripe uses this information to operate and improve the services it provides to us, including for fraud detection and prevention.
