Registration fees include all coffee breaks, 2 lunches and 1 dinner (when applicable), as well as accommodation.
Members of KVCV should indicate their membership id during the registration process, in order to get the 10€ discount.
The Ecole Doctorale de Pharmacie (EDT Pharmacy) sponsors its PhD students and these students benefit from a 15€ discount on the conference subscription.
(*) When registering with a shared or double room, dinner is automatically included.
(**)Dinner is not included when registering as non-resident/without a room. Dinner can be included however by ticking the dinner option during registration.
Payment is done online via Stripe at the end of the registration process. Proof of payment and conference ticket will be sent to you via email directly after the payment is registered.
