Oral Communications – A More Interactive Format
This year, young scientists will have the opportunity to present their scientific contributions through oral presentations organized into thematic sessions, with dedicated time for Q&A and interactive discussions with the audience.
Oral communications will follow a more interactive and participatory format, with each presentation allocated 8 to 10 minutes maximum. Each thematic session will include 4 or 5 speakers.
Indeed, to encourage discussion and exchange, the time dedicated to questions, discussion, and interaction with the audience will be accompanied by experts in the thematic of the sessions. It will help to interact directly with the audience, for example by asking specific questions on their topics or inviting listeners to give ideas to develop their research.
We also encourage submission of unpublished results, including ongoing, preliminary, or not-yet-optimized work. Rather than focusing solely on final results, these contributions can provide an opportunity to share ideas, discuss challenges, explore possible solutions, and benefit from feedback and expertise within the community.
The aim is to make each presentation a starting point for meaningful scientific discussion and exchange, encouraging new ideas, perspectives, and potential collaborations.
